- Provides up to date & reliable reviews of the best Anime/Manga websites.

- Rank websites best to worst, without featured or sponsored rankings.

- Open to any suggestions and free from blacklisting or censorship.

- Simple & easy to use, focus on displaying useful informations.

Rank Criteria

Rank criteria are different for each category, but generally based on these things :

- How popular and how long the site's track record is*. (Very important)

- How big the size of its contents library. (Very important)

- How reliable is the service. (Important)

- How good the quality of the contents. (Important)

- How good the user interface & usability. (Important)

- How many features / options are available on the site. (Less important)

- How great community interaction on the site. (Less important)

- How clean the site from ads. (Less important)*

*Bad ads will displayed as negative point, but rank only slightly affected.
*Long track record means the site has been able to consistently provide service for a long period of time.

Grouped entries

Our entries are not individual domains or links; instead, they can contain multiple links,
which are grouped together primarily because :

- Owned by same group / people.

- Using exact same infrastructure / provide identical contents.

- It's part of same website (usually alternate domains or shortcut to other page in the website).

Site Requirements

Site requirement to enter the toplist are different on each category, but generally are :

- Appropriate with the category and relevant with Anime/Manga culture.

- Site working as intended (not down, inaccessible, or broken).

- Have enough contents available.

- Not deceptive or malicious.

- Usable for people who able to speak english.

- MANHWA : Site that only provides Manhwa (Korean comic)

- RAW : Content are in original form, also mean no translation

- MTL : Site that only provides Machine Translation content

- HUB : Site where many scanlator upload or publish their works

- SCAN : Websites owned by one scanlator (manga/comic translator)

- IOS : App that only work in iOS

- DESKTOP : App that only work in Desktop

- DDL : Site that provides HTTP Download

- XDCC : Site that provides command for XDCC download (?)
